Howard Kosick - Operating Partner

Mr. Kosick has over 25 years of broad executive and financial management experience with private-equity entrepreneurial companies and larger-public companies.  Howard has held leadership roles in high growth, start-up and turnaround situations.  Industry experience includes consumer products, wholesale distribution, and manufacturing.  

Mr. Kosick is currently Chairman of Tippmann Sports after serving as President and CEO for nine years.  While President of Tippmann, an industry leader and premier brand in the paintball sports category, Howard established the company’s first management team and significantly expanded international sales.  Previously he was COO for Bell Automotive Products and Bay Travelgear, Inc., designers, importers and marketers of consumer goods into Big Box retailers in North America. Mr. Kosick also held key executive roles with Bell Sports over a 9 year period when the company grew from $40 million to $300 million of revenue and became the market leader in bicycle helmets and accessories.

Through various leadership roles, Mr. Kosick has gained valuable experience with strategic planning, team member development, international business expansion, cost management, M & A transactions, public stock & debt offerings, leveraged buyouts, corporate restructurings, bank & debt facilities, and board of director & investor relations.  Corporate transactions experience has an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion. 

Howard Kosick obtained his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Illinois; is a CPA and a director of Tippmann Sports.
